WHO WE ARE

Carolina Wholesale Group, Inc. was established in 2003 to manage the growing acquisitions of Carolina Wholesale Office Machines and subsidiaries. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, our goal is to partner with business owners holding similar philosophies and visions. We strengthen our organization through the addition of new team members, products, and solutions.

Hank Welfare Company renamed Carolina Wholesale Office Machines Co.

1982
Larry Huneycutt purchases 50% of Carolina Wholesale Office Machines. Named Vice President.
1988
Carolina Wholesale moves to new Arrowhead Drive headquarters in University area of Charlotte, NC.

1997
Acquire Arrowhead Distributors, Inc. based in Kansas City, MO.

1999
North American Distribution established as U.S. distributor of Nakajima typewriters.

Acquire Raymond Packer Company based in Springfield, MA.

Acquire Monroe Systems for Business based in Levittown, PA.

Carolina Wholesale Group founded as parent company of acquired subsidiaries.
